Declan Meirion Owen, age 24 of Elizabethtown, died on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. The beloved and only child of Marian McGovern. Survivors also include, Aunt Frances Jones, and husband, Cyril, Cousin Karen Nolan and husband, Andy and their two children Niamh and Casey, all of Wales, UK. Uncle David Owen, and wife, Raechel of France.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 7 pm at White Lake Baptist Church by Rev. Walter Hayes with visitation to follow.
