The 12th Annual NC Grape Festival at Lu Mil Vineyard is almost here and we are ready to celebrate! This year’s festival is Saturday, October 13, from 9 am until 3 p.m. After all the destruction to our communities recently, we are encouraging everyone to come spend some time with us for a free family fun day. There is no fee to enter the festival.
To kick off the day, there will be a Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Dublin Boy Scouts (7am until) at the General Store. “Three to Get Ready” jazz band will be entertaining on Doc’s Deck throughout the day along with the Lumber River Old Iron Tractor Club featuring their antique tractors. Local craft vendors, food vendors, face painting, and the Super Yard Sale will keep you busy all day.
Our main event THE GRAPE STOMP will begin at 10 am! Stop by the tent in front of Doc’s Deck to sign up! Cash prizes will be awarded in both the adult and kids divisions. Our Gift Shop and Tasting Bar will be open all day!
