The 13th Annual North Carolina Grape Festival hosted by Lu Mil Vineyard was a success, according to many in attendance.

Miss Dublin Peanut Festival, Alyssa Bell was in attendance along with many others from royal courts. Mrs. North Carolina Queen of Hope, Diane Griffey said, “I had a great time at the Grape Festival.”

The vendors were plentiful and the fun was had at the beautiful vineyard in Dublin this Saturday from 9 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. There were more than 2,500 people that visited the grounds. Many were enjoying free fishing, grapes, and music.

Vendors said they had much success with their merchandise at this year’s event. There was a pancake sale, a super yard sale, a grape stomp competetion, DJ entertainment, a food truck round up, a petting farm and more.

The Grape Festival is an annual event held in October each year by Lu Mil Vineyard located at 438 Suggs Taylor Road. The fun isn’t over at Lu Mil, the annual Festival of Lights is coming soon! Find out more at lumilvineyard.com.
