The parents of a local high school on the west side of Bladen County are organizing a prom. The theme for the Junior and Senior Prom is “My Kind of Night”. The customary celebration will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021. 

The event will be held at the The Venue At Regal Resort located at 1564 White Lake Drive. 

A liability waiver needs to be signed for all persons attending the prom. For participants under 18 years of age, a parent will need to sign the liability waiver form with you. Any guest of junior and senior high school students will also need to complete a form with the same safety guidelines. 

A Google form collects registration for the event; click here to access the document. The last question on the Google form will ask for an email address. 

Hannah Hester will be sending the email with the liability form attached. Please print this liability form out, sign it and bring it to the dance. The liability form should have a parent signature, student signature, and the same if a guest is coming. Please do not forget to bring this form to prom on May 15, 2021. If the liability form is not signed and presented at the prom, no entry will be allowed.

Please feel free to ask any questions in reply to the email you will be sent after you have registered for the event. As noted, this event is being sponsored by a group of parents and is NOT directly affiliated with West Bladen High School. 

Once the 150 person capacity has been met, ticket sales will cease. The event will be catered. A photographer, a DJ, and security will be on site. If you are paying cash, please get it to a member of the group as soon as possible. If the money is not collected before ticket sales are complete, your spot will not be reserved.

Scan the QR code on the prom announcement to pay for ticket(s). Tickets are $25 per person, which includes a catered meal. Payments for the prom ticket(s) are accepted with Venmo to payee user name: Tammie-Hester-2
