Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler will officially open the 154th N.C. State Fair with a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony. On Friday, Oct. 14, 11 a.m.
at the Tobacco Pavilion State Fairgrounds, in Raleigh.
State Fair officials, state agricultural leaders and other dignitaries will participate in the ribbon cutting.
