22nd Ammon Blueberry Festival in Bladen County

Blueberry farmers have had a lot of weather battles to fight this year. Local farmers will be celebrated for all their hard work this year and every year at the 22nd Annual Ammon Blueberry Festival.
One of the event organizers, Johnny Coble announce this week the fun will begin on June 3rd, 2017 with a Pancake Breakfast at 6:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. and a parade at 10 a.m with Dunn Clowns and Shriners.
Opening ceremonies will be held after the parade. There will be a blueberry auction, games, crafts and food vendors. The event will also hold a antique/classic car and truck cruise in and car show. The crowd may enjoy entertainment until 3 p.m.
All the proceeds will help support the Ammon Volunteer Fire Department according to Coble. Fore more information call 910-588-4938.
