1. New Year’s Day Lunch: Today, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Bladenboro Historical Society Building, 818 South Main Street. Traditional New Year’s Day lunch of collards, black eyed peas, chicken and rice, cornbread, cake and tea for $8. Proceeds to help maintain the building.
