1. Christmas Tree Lighting: Today, 2-8 p.m., Camp Clearwater, White Lake. Tree lighting at 5:30 p.m. Santa from 6-8 p.m. Several activities. Gates will be open. Community is invited to attend.
2. Turkey Shoot: Today, 6 p.m., Bay Tree Lakes Volunteer Fire Department fundraiser.
3. Snakes: Today, 10 a.m., Jones Lake State Park Visitor Center. Join a park ranger to explore the various snakes in the area and other unique species found in the state. Event is free and open to the public. Information: 910-588-4550.
