2. Bladen County Commissioners meeting: Tuesday, 6:30 p.m., Commissioners’ Room located on the lower level of the courthouse in Elizabethtown.
3. Concert: Sept. 11, 3 p.m., Trinity United Methodist Church, Elizabethtown. “All the Earth Resounds with Music,” a hymn festival led by Rev. Dr. Kelly Tennille Grooms, a professionally trained organist. The community is invited.
