Timber investors purchase 5,000 acres in Bladen, Pender, Duplin, Brunswick and Columbus Counties according to the Wilmington Business Journal
A timber-investment firm has purchased 5,154 acres of timberland spanning Pender, Duplin, Brunswick, Columbus and Bladen counties for $7.3 million. Advance Land and Timber of South Carolina represented Georgia-based buyers Cat Tail and Zibelin, who purchased the land from Corbett Industries. Corbett Industries is working to sell 10,000 of the 17,000 acres the firm put up for sale in 2018.
