So, a nickel for your thoughts about President Trump’s State of the Union speech last night? Best I could tell, his supporters were pleased, his detractors remained unchanged. Think everyone would give him high marks for invited guest that helped him make many of his points.

Always amazed at folks complaining about this, that or the other but will not put their name on the ballot. Many have all the answers, I have heard them, but they are apparently afraid of losing, maybe they are concerned that their solutions ‘turn off’ more voters than are ‘turned on’. Whatever!!!!
NC DOT folks are proposing a round-a-bout at the intersection of NC 41 and NC 410 near West Bladen & Bladen Community College. There is no good solution, and I am not endorsing any idea, what do I know, but travelers are seeing them more and more across the state as a replacement for a stop-light. My opinion, any thing is better than a 4-way stop sign.
We bid farewell to January 2018 at midnight tonight, and begin year 11 of BladenOnline at the same time.
We, the willing, led by the unknowing are doing the impossible for the ungrateful.
