Elizabethtown Christian Academy participated in the North Carolina Science Olympiad held at Jack Britt High School on April 14. Hutchens Glenn and Witt Gooden placed 1st of 26 teams in Bottle Rocket competition. Sarah Cain and Eliza Waters place 6th of 26 teams in Science Sleuths. Caleb McGough and Jayden Dew place 10th out of 26 teams in Backyard Biologist. Rex Register and Tyler Griffin participated in Trajeggtory.
Elizabethtown Christian Academy students participated in the Bladen County Soil and Conservation Contest. First place winners in the county moved on to the Area 7 district competition. Thomas Nance, Thad Brisson, Chandler Bordeaux, Caleb McGough, and Hutchens Glenn also won the district competition and will now move onto competition at the state level.
