Starting, July 1, 2018 a Certification Form will need to be completed before the Deed is registered with the Bladen County Register of Deeds. Certification Forms will be available within the Tax Administration office, Register of Deeds office, or online at bladeninfo.org. This will replace the previous deed stamp.
