BLADENBORO – Midway defeated West Bladen 3-0 Wednesday night in non-conference men’s soccer action.
“We played them tight and the result was a little better than the first time we played them,” said Knight Coach Phillip Turnage. “Midway really had to work hard for the win.”
“Our conference leading goalkeeper Angel Martinez had a good game with 11 more saves.” added Turnage. “We are really looking forward to conference play next week.”
The Knights travel to North Brunswick Thursday night for their final non-conference game. Gametime is 5 p.m.
