Love this weather. High yesterday 84. Today, sunny, windy with temps in the upper 80s, overnight lows in the 60s. Temps will gradually rise to the low 90s by next Tuesday and Wednesday.
Checked my rain gauge following Tuesday’s storm. Recorded about an inch at the Hester household (Happy Valley Road), and about the same at the Curtis Brown Airport.

The Bladen County Dixie Pre-Majors team departs today for Louisiana and will begin play this weekend. How ’bout that sports fans? Two Dixie Youth baseball teams from Bladen County playing in the National World Series. … Donations to support both teams are needed and appreciated, for travel, housing, food and other expenses.
