A reminder, if you have not responded to the 2020 census, need to do so … According to info shared Wednesday, only about 44.4% of Bladen residents have responded compared with 58.3% statewide. Bladen is currently ranked 86 out of 100 counties in NC. The census is updated every 10 years. The info received is used for numerous re-imbursements for allocations from the US and NC State agencies. Examples, $s for Education, Human Services, Public Health and more. And, it’s the law.
