As of July 28, 2020 44.9% of households in Bladen County have self responded to the 2020 census report. In North Carolina, 58.9% of households have responded.

In Bladen County, as of July 28, self-response from Elizabethtown was 50.4%, East Arcadia 45.5%, Bladenboro 46.4%, Clarkton 41.3%, and Tar Heel 38.6%, White Lake 16.6% and Dublin 30.9%.

Other counties adjoining Bladen County and their census self responses as of July 28, 2020, are as follows: Columbus 49.0%, Brunswick 50.6%, Pender 53.9%, Robeson 46.1%, Sampson 52.1%.
