Today is the last Tuesday of the month, which means it is time for Tasty Tuesday at Home Edition by North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service-Bladen County Center.
On the last Tuesday of every month a new episode of Tasty Tuesday at Home Edition series is published by the local agency.
In today’s episode of Tasty Tuesday at Home Edition, the  Krista Johnson explains the video shows how to create a spaghetti inspired dish using baked spaghetti squash in place of traditional pasta noodles.
Spaghetti Squash is a versatile vegetable that is low in calories but a good source of fiber, potassium, manganese, b-vitamins and vitamin c, according to the extension service. View the video below to see the recipe. The agency also offers an Eventbrite link for people to register to receive the food demo video, recipe print out, and other materials pertaining to that month’s topic. The link to register is https://go.ncsu.edu/tasty_tuesday . Registration will stay open as long as the series continues, according to Johnson.
