BLADENBORO – Clarkton School of Discovery outscored Bladenboro 2-1 in the penalty kick shootout after the two teams battled to a 1-1 tie in regulation play Thursday in their Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys’ soccer game.

Keyshawn Fennell-Kemp fired in the lone Blue Devil goal in regulation off of an assist from Malikah Moore. Jonah Bryan knocked in the Bladenboro goal.
Moore and Diego Santos-Hernandez drilled in their penalty kicks in the shootout to give Clarkton the win.
Coach Jordan Raynor’s Blue Devils evened their record at 1-1 on the season and will host Williams Township Tuesday. Bladenboro, now 1-1, will travel to Tabor City Tuesday.
