Bladen Municipal elections found the following Mayoral candidates successful: Elizabethtown, Cecil Edge. Tar Heel, Larry Britt., Bladenboro, C.B. Hasbrouck. Clarkton, Dan McNeill.
Mac Campbell, Jr. was elected the new Elizabethtown Jaycee President.
Radford Allen, current Bladen County FHA Supervisor, was promoted to FHA District Supervisor.
