There is construction going on in front of San Jose Restaurant. The BladenOnline team received a few inquiries about the obvious project starting to take shape. Therefore, our mission is to inform you exactly what is happening. Our team here at Bladen Online spoke with the old landowner, Hobby Greene, to learn about what is getting built.
Greene confirmed he sold a plot of land located on West Broad Street beside Food Lion to a group based in Pennsylvania. The new owners plan to build an urgent care, according to Greene.
He says, “I do know that they are anxious to get going with it, and the guy doing the site work said he had 32 of them to do in North Carolina.”
Greene explained he is still the landowner for San Jose Restaurant and he does plan to expand the parking lot for San Jose as well.
The BladenOnline team has tried to reach out to other representatives involved with the construction project. However, at this time, no further information is available.
