Teresa Hester, left, and Chad McKenzie, right, present $7,000 to United Way Chairperson, Frances Miller, center. The campaign, coordinated by Hester and McKenzie, surpassed the college goal of $5,500 with fund-raisers and 100% participation from BCC employees. The Student Government Association, the Criminal Justice program, and the History Club organized individual fund-raisers to contribute to the event.
