About 500 came out to the kick off Friday night of 10th annual Beast Fest according to Don White, Boost the Boro, Inc. President. The “Honey Don’t” band from Whiteville rocked down town Bladenboro to help get the festival started.
Tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 29th, will start with the Beast Fest Fun Run and Walk at 8 am. Opening ceremony starts at 10 am and the fun will run until 10 pm. There are about 90 vendors registered according to Claudette Guy with the Best Fest committee.
Kids and animals will have a chance to enter a costume contest. There will be a car show, live entertainment, rides, food and lots of fun. Check out the schedule of events at the top of the news page on BladenOnline
