The FEMA Registration Helpline Call Center will close for the New Year holiday at 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 31, and will reopen at 7 a.m., Monday, Jan 2.
During the closure, a recording will be placed on the 800-621-3362 number advising callers of the temporary closure and normal operating hours. The closure also includes the 711-Relay and Video Relay Services.
No support specialists will be available during this time period. However, callers can still check the status of their registration through the automated menu.
This temporary closure does not affect internet users. They may register or check the status of their registration online at DisasterAssistance.gov.
