The rain gauge at the Hester household indicated we had .80 inches of rain yesterday. The National Weather Service at the Curtis Brown Airport received .83 inches. Nice shower.

Area college football teams have had a good bowl season so far. NCSU & Demon Deacons have posted victories, today the Tar Heels play Stanford in the Sun Bowl in El Paso at 2 PM today.
