Before school was dismissed on Friday the Elizabethtown Kiwanis Club held a ceremony for their Terrific Kids program. Terrific Kids are thoughtful, enthusiastic, respectful, responsible, inclusive, friendly, inquisitive, capable according to the Kiwanis Club of Elizabethtown.
The club gave out 15 certificates to well deserving students according to Kiwanis Club President, Jeff Futrell. The club’s Secretary, Dr. Lisa Bryan, announced there a drawing would award two parents with a gift card for having Terrific Kids.
