FORT MYERS, FL – Elizabethtown’s Freddy Wooten batted 2-5 Tuesday as his Dirt Bags Camo team split a pair of games in the Perfect Game Super 25 13U National Baseball Tournament.

Wooten slammed a double in the Dirt Bags 12-10 victory Tuesday morning over the Georgia Bombers in their opening game of the tournament. The Dirt Bags battled back from an early 5-0 deficit to take the lead 12-7 with a 6-run sixth-inning.

In Tuesday’s second game, the Columbus Cobras from Ohio rode a 3-run second-inning to a 4-3 victory over the Dirt Bags. Wooten cracked a single for one of the only two hits by the Dirt Bags in the game.

The Dirt Bags, now 1-1 in pool play, will play the Legends Prospects from Middleton, MA, Wednesday at 8 a.m.
