Administrative professionals from various organizations and businesses in the community were honored on April 24th with an Administrative Professionals Day Luncheon hosted by Bladen Community College’s Continuing Education Department. This event gave employers a great opportunity to show their appreciation to their administrative professionals—assistants, receptionists, secretaries and other office professionals. Various businesses and agencies from the community participated along with BCC staff in this special event.
In addition to a delicious lunch, networking, and a drawing for door prizes, Dr. Antonia Beatty, Assistant Superintendent of Bladen County Schools, spoke on the importance of customer service in the workplace.
