The Bladen County Board of Commissioners will meet twice today, Monday, November 19. The first meeting is a Special Meeting Regarding Tax Matters. The meeting will start at 5:30 p.m.
The second meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. The agenda is full of advisory board appointments needing to be filled. If you are a Bladen County resident and have a desire to serve your communities, you may volunteer to serve on a Bladen County advisory board.
To volunteer to serve contact the Bladen County Managers office at 106 E Broad St, office # 105 in the Bladen County Courthouse located in Elizabethtown, or by phone at (910) 862-6700. You may also contact one of the Bladen County Commissioners and ask them to recommend you for service on a board. The advisory board members are voted on by the board of commissioners.
Both meetings will take place at the Bladen County Courthouse in the lower level, Assembly Room located at 106 East Broad Street, Elizabethtown, NC 28337.
