Agenda for the Bladen County Board of County Commissioners meeting scheduled for Monday, April 15, 2019. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30pm and will be held in the Commissioners’ Room on the lower level of the Bladen County Courthouse, 106 East Broad Street, Elizabethtown.
On the agenda is a Resolution Opposing the Change from a Traditional School Calendar to a Year-Round School Calendar and Opposing Restoring Control of School Calendars to Local Boards of Education, a letter in support of Eastpointe, recognizing Clara Johnson upon her retirement, and the commissioners will be recognizing employees for years of service followed by a reception.
There will be a public hearing for comments regarding a $200,000 Forgivable Loan Related to an Incubator number six Construction Project and a public hearing to consider approving a $200,000 forgivable loan to Bladen’s Bloomin’/Agri-Industrial for an Incubator number six construction project.
