ALE Agent R. Taylor said on Monday that warrants have been issued for the arrest of Jeffrey Scott Smith of Dublin in connection to a sweepstakes raid in Sampson County last week.
“He is aware of it and has obtained legal counsel,” said Taylor.
He added that Smith’s attorney is also aware of the warrants.
Taylor said on Monday that Smith is being compliant and is expected to turn himself in.
