DUBLIN – The Small Business Center (SBC) of Bladen Community College is offering no-cost seminars to help grow or start your business in March.

On Thursday March 17th, the college will offer “How to Get Started on Etsy,” a seminar for creatives, artists and others who want to sell their creations. The workshop is from 6:30 PM until 9:00 PM, on the BCC Main Campus, in building 2.

“Mobile Apps for Small Business,” is scheduled for Saturday March 19th, from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Participants will leave this seminar with written materials and links to download the applications that best suit their company’s needs.

On Tuesday March 22nd, Bob Moore will present “Improve Your Credit Score for a Business Loan.” This seminar is taught at the Bladen County Public Library in Elizabethtown, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

If you need social media assistance, on Monday March 28th, small businesses and entrepreneurs should attend the lab “How to Set Up a Twitter Business Account.” The workshop is from 2 PM until 4 PM, in building 2 on the Dublin campus. On Tuesday March 29th, get to know how to create Facebook advertisements for small business. The seminar, “Intro to Facebook Ads” is scheduled from 11 AM until 12 PM.

All seminars are open to the public and provided at no charge due to special funding arrangements for the Small Business Center and Bladen Community College.
