The Beta Club members at East Bladen and West Bladen High Schools are in Greensboro this weekend to compete at the state the 78th annual Senior Beta Club convention held at the Sheraton Four Season Hotel.
Amber Long of West Bladen High School will campaign for the seat of Vice-President and Emily Scott of East Bladen High School will campaign for the office of President.
The winners of the Beta Club scholarship will be announced. Miller Heustess is a semi-finalist for the prestigious scholarship. There will also be award presentations and group talent competions as well as other competitions.
