DUBLIN – The Small Business Center (SBC) of Bladen Community College is offering no-cost business seminars in December.
*Customer Service the Disney Way for Small Businesses is scheduled for Dec. 1, from 2 until 3 P.M. on the Dublin campus.
*Payroll Taxes 101 is planned for Dec. 13, from 2 until 3 P.M. on the Dublin campus.
*The Business Side of Non-Profits and Faith-based Organizations is Dec. 16, from 9 A.M. until 12 noon, also on the Dublin campus.
*The Bladen County Public Library is hosting two seminars. Why Successful Businesses are Successful is scheduled for Dec. 7, from 6 until 8 P.M. Ten Tips to Get Ready for Tax Season will take place on Dec. 12, from 10:30 until 11:30 A.M.
*Quickbooks Hands-on Lab for Churches and Non-Profits is being held at the East Arcadia Center in Riegelwood on Dec. 12, from 6 until 8 PM. Space is limited, so register early.
*Online webinars are also available in December. Tips and Tricks to Your Pitch will be presented on Dec. 6, from 1 until 2 P.M. 10 Google Tools for Small Business is scheduled for Dec. 11, from 7 until 8 P.M. Social Media Tools and Tricks will be presented on Dec. 15, from 10 until 11 A.M.
All seminars are open to the public and provided at no charge due to special funding arrangements for the Small Business Center and Bladen Community College.
