DUBLIN – The newly refurbished Bladen Community College website has received global recognition for design, creativity, and innovation through the Awwwards.com website design evaluation jury.
In 2016, BCC began an extensive restructuring of the college website, engaging Springer Studios from Wilmington to redesign the internet presence. Working with the BCC website team members, Springer Studios launched a revitalized and comprehensive website in May of 2017.
According to Phillip Pope, BCC assistant system administrator, “Awwwards.com searches for the best web designers, developers, and agencies in the world. Jurors from countries around the world score websites based on an objective criteria evaluating design, usability, creativity, and content.”
The college website committee and David Springer of Springer Studios are sharing the accomplishment. “This award acknowledges our combined work on the project,” states Springer. “It is truly a team victory.”
