
Bladen Community College Welcomes Newest Trustee Mr. Brent Hood

Dublin, NC – At the most recent Bladen Community College Board of Trustees meeting, Mr. Brent Hood, was officially sworn in as the college’s newest trustee. His appointment comes from the North Carolina Senate, and he brings with him a deep-rooted commitment to the local community.
A proud native of Bladen County, Mr. Hood is a graduate of Tar Heel High School and Bladen Community College. His strong ties to the region and firsthand understanding of the college’s impact on the local community make him a valuable addition to the board. Mr. Hood currently resides in Elizabethtown, where he continues to be an active member of the community.
The Board of Trustees at Bladen Community College is thrilled to welcome Mr. Hood and looks forward to his contributions in advancing the mission of the college. His background and dedication to education align with the college’s goals of providing accessible, high-quality educational opportunities for all students in Bladen County.
