The Bladen County Recreation 10U Boys All-Stars competed in the State-Wide Activities Committee sectional tournament at Selma Middle School this weekend.
Bladen County won their first game Friday night defeating Henderson-Vance 38-29, but were then edged 31-30 Saturday by the Cleveland Rams. Holly Springs eliminated Bladen County 31-28 later Saturday.
Members of the Bladen 10U All-Stars were: Christopher Cromartie, Dashon Campbell, Jackson Pait, Kendell Lesane, Collin Cole, Keyshawn Kemp, Tavion Smith, Tylik McCall, Jaquan Lesane, John Monroe, Xavier King and Omar Powell. Head Coach was Joseph Gore and Assistant Coaches were Walter Powell and Dom Whittington.
