The Bladen County 4-H Toy Drive was deemed a success by the members of the Bladen County 4-H.

Bladen County 4-H Youth Director Stacie Kinlaw said the toy drive garnered 154 toys the will benefit children in the foster care program.

Bladen County Department of Social Services Social Work Program Director Janet Miller said the toys are greatly appreciated and needed.

“It means we can do a lot for the foster children,” said Miller.

She added that DSS works many programs to meet the needs of the families and children they serve, but on Christmas morning what the children
