Bladen County Seal with In God We Trust 1The Bladen County Board of Commissioners will meet on Monday night at 6:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room in the basement of the Bladen County Courthouse.

The Keep Bladen Beautiful committee will address the board and Finance Director Lisa Coleman will present the financial report for the period ending August 31.

Bladen County Health and Human Services Director David Howard will present several items to the board.  Those items include:

*an agreement with University of North Carolina at Wilmington;

*an agreement with Bladen Community College;

*an agreement with Columbus County Health Department;

*a new service code and current procedural terminology(CPT) code;

*an agreement with Care Coordination for Children (CC4C)

*a Memorandum of Agreement with Bladen Community College;

*an agreement with Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear Hospice;

*an addendum regarding the FY 2016-17 Bladen County School Health agreement;

* a customer incentive agreement with Stanbio Laboratory.

Bladen County Sheriff Jim McVicker will present an interlocal agreement with the County of Onslow.

The board is expected to make appointments to the Voluntary Agricultural Districts Committee and the Watershed Review Board.

Bladen County Manager Greg Martin will give the calendar update and provide an update regarding proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure for the Bladen County board of Commissioners.

Martin will also present an update regarding legislation revisions to state health plan for 2017.

He will also present a proposal for submission to the North Carolina Division of Water Resources for Consideration. Martin will also present to the board a proposal to the Smithfield Environmental Enhancement Grant for Lock and Damn No. 2  and No. 3.

The board is also scheduled to hold a closed session for personnel.
