The Bladen County Board of Commissioners will meet on Monday night at 6:30 p.m. in the Commissioners meeting room in the basement fo the Bladen County Courthouse. The Commissioners will deal with a busy agenda. 

The Board will be asked to approve a consent agenda which includes the proposed agenda, the minutes of the May 7, 2018 regular meeting, budget amendments, County Attorney invoices in the amount of $3,850, Tax Releases No. 4-18 and an EMS Week Proclamation.

The board will present the EMS Week Proclamation and they are expected to receive the financial dashboard report from Finance Director Lisa Coleman. 

Bladen County Health Department Health Educator Marianne Valentiner will present the Healthy Bladen Kids Recreation program to the board. The board will be asked to approve the recreation program. 

The Commissioners will be asked to consider accepting a bid in the amount of $7,300 for county-owned property located on 1564 Lloyd Road. 

The Commissioners will also be asked to consider approving an addendum to the fiscal year 2018-19 school health agreement and consider approving a letter of agreement with the Bladen County Public Schools to begin on August 1, 2018.

The Commissioners will also make appointments to the Keep Bladen Beautiful and Kelly Water Dike and Drainage System District Committees. 

Bladen County Manager Greg Martin will give a report and the FY 2018-19 Budget will be presented. 

The board will also conduct a closed session for matters related to industrial-economic development and client attorney privilege.
