Dixie Youth BaseballThe Bladen County Dixie Youth Baseball League has saved a spot on their team for your child.   Sign-ups for this year’s baseball season for children between the ages of 4 and 12 are drawing to a close, there’s still time to get your child involved in this terrific program.

The Bladen County League is made up of the communities of Bladenboro, Clarkton, Dublin, and Tar Heel.  Children who live in these areas should play Dixie Youth Baseball in their home community.  The four communities work together to form one league.

Dixie Youth Baseball’s age divisions include: T-Ball (ages 4 – 5), Coach Pitch (ages 6 – 8), Minor League (ages 9 and 10), and Major League (ages 11 and 12).

Dixie Youth Baseball is a national baseball program offered in 11 southern states.  It provides an athletic outlet for young children to help them develop skills to succeed in the game of baseball and in the game of life.  The DYB program is run by volunteers in local communities.
