On November 30, 2017, Bladen County EMS Director David Howell received 35 boxes of Narcan from the Eastpointe Managed Care Organization.
Howell will maintain data on each overdose reversal that is done in Bladen County by EMS.
Narcan is used to reverse and block the effects of opioid overdoses.
