John Q. Shaw, city executive for United Carolina Bank in Elizabethtown, named two new members of the bank’s local advisory board, They were H. Manley Clark, Jr. and Goldston Womble. They joined other members of they board…C.R. Potter, Henry Bostic, Hubert Kinlaw, C.T. Bowen and J. Martin Wilson.
Denita Underwood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sandy Lloyd of White Oak, was serving a 10 week internship in the Grants and Inventory Accounting Office of the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
