The Clarkton Jaycees had their DSA Banquet. The DSA winner was Randall Collins. The Outstanding Young Farmer Award went to Troy Heustess. Melanie Robbins was the Outstanding Young Educator. Joe Storms won the Civil Servant Award. Stephen Priest was the Outstanding Teenager. Kim Worley won the Outstanding Youth Award. Ben Davies was made an Honorary Jaycee.
