The old saying, “In God We Trust,” is now seen on Bladen County facilities. County leaders came up with the idea to mount the faith based saying on all county owned buildings.
The Bladen County Board of Commissioners approved the popular quote being placed on local county properties in June. At the Tuesday, September 5th, Board of County Commissioners meeting the announcement was made the court house was lettered recently with”In God We Trust.” Plans are in place to letter more of the county’s buildings with the quote.
