The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office, Vice/Narcotics Unit, K-9 Unit, and the
North Carolina Probation and Parole Searches yielded multiple arrests and charges in April according to a recent press release.

The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports in reference to the arrests and charges.

The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on the following defendant in the area of Hwy 131 and Zion Hill Church Road. During the traffic stop, Oxycodone and drug paraphernalia were located. At the conclusion of this investigation, the defendant in this investigation was arrested and processed at the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.

 

 

 

 

Currently wanted for Charges: 1 count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, 1 count of Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substances is suspect Damon Mullins.

The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit has completed an investigation into the distribution of Controlled Substances in the Clarkton area of Bladen County. During the investigation, it was determined by the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit
that the below listed individuals was responsible for distributing Controlled Substances.  This investigation originated from citizen complaints which prompted Narcotics Agents to the area of Clarkton, NC.  Agents conducted undercover purchases from the defendants in this investigation where prescription medication was purchased.

At the conclusion of this investigation, the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office secured arrest warrants for the aforementioned defendants. Defendant # 1 (Price) was taken into custody in Liberty County, Georgia on unrelated charges and is awaiting extradition to North Carolina. Price is also wanted out of Chatham County, North Carolina and

Emporia, Virginia on unrelated charges. Defendant # 2 (Roeder) is still at large and is wanted by the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office.

The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Vice/Narcotics Unit, K-9 Unit, and North Carolina Probation and Parole conducted a probation search at the residence of Oscar Carter, located at 346 Troy and Graham Road, Riegelwood, North Carolina. Law Enforcement Officers were directed to the aforementioned residence after community complaints were received that Carter could possibly be in possession of illegal narcotics. Carter is
currently on Probation after recently being convicted of narcotics related offenses. After officers arrived at the residence of Carter, a stolen motorcycle was located and seized. During the search, multiple firearms and controlled substances were located. Pursuant to this search, an additional defendant (Mullins) is wanted for possession of a firearm by a
convicted felon and possession of controlled substances. Additional charges are forthcoming, according to the Sheriff’s office.

At the conclusion of this investigation, Carter was arrested and processed at the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.
