This week a kitten named Dusty has been chosen for Pet of the Week. He is a 3 to 4 month old male that loves to play and is very friendly. This kitten needs a new home home for Christmas!
The Bladen County Animal Shelter will be waiving the adoption fees for dogs and cats from December 1st through December 29th.
The cost to adopt a dog is $50 and $40 to adopt a cat which includes the animal’s first required shots. The adoption hours are Monday to Friday at 12:00 noon until 5 p.m. Donations of dog food, treats, toys, and cat litter are accepted by the shelter.
