This week a 2- to 3-year-old male Husky by the name of Buster has been chosen for Pet of the Week. He is very friendly and a happy go lucky kind of guy. He is still in leash training and hasn’t shown any aggression towards other dogs though he hasn’t been with any other dogs.
Buster likes to have attention and he’s also very talkative, like most Huskies, and has been at the shelter since June 15th. A slow introduction with other dogs would be the best idea for Buster’s future forever family! He’s waiting at the shelter to go to his forever home!
The cost to adopt a dog is $50 and $40 to adopt a cat which includes the animal’s first required shots. The adoption hours are Monday to Friday at 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. Donations of dog food, treats, toys, and cat litter are accepted by the shelter.
