This week a 2 to 3 year old female Chow mix by the name of Lola has been picked for Pet of the Week. She is super sweet to everyone and very playful. She is also affectionate and gets along okay with other dogs. Lola is waiting at the Bladen County Animal Shelter for her forever family to pick her up and take her home!
The cost to adopt a dog is $50 and $40 to adopt a cat which includes the animal’s first required shots. The adoption hours are Monday to Friday at 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. Donations of dog food, treats, toys, and cat litter are accepted by the shelter.
