A 3 year old Pit-mix, male dog by the name of Bubba was chosen as Pet of the Week. He’s very affectionate and gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids. Bubba also does a good job walking on a leash but he’ll let you know when he’s excited.
The cost to adopt a dog is $50 and $40 to adopt a cat, which includes the animal’s first required shots.
The adoption hours are Monday to Friday at noon until 5 p.m. Donations of dog food, treats, toys, and cat litter are accepted by the shelter.
